The Nelson Wenger family of Manheim, Lancaster Co., has been farming with the Harvestore® System since building their first structure in 1977. They were so satisfied with their Harvestores that two 20 x 80 Harvestores were recently added to complement a 100-cow tie-stall barn currently under construction. According to Mrs. Wenger, they had tried corn silage in one of their Harvestores previously and were pleased with the quality feed, so when the new facility was being planned, she encouraged her husband to build another Harvestore not only for haylage, but one for corn silage, too. Alma says, "Even though I don't work in the barn, 1 watched how hard Nelson and Troy worked over the years and I wanted them to have the best!"
