All Herbs Plus One .Mineral! , legg 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 package crescent rolls Paprika Brown ground beef with onion, green pepper, and garlic. Add salt, pepper, and tomato sauce; simmer five minutes. While sim mering, prepare crust by spray ing a 9-inch pie plate with cook ing spray and lining it with crescent rolls, separated and placed to cover bottom and sides. Combine egg and one cup cheese, pour on top of the crescent rolls. Place ground beef mixture on top and cover with additional cup of cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Lori Bowen Wytheville, VA PEANUT BUTTER PUDDINGWICHES VA cups peanut butter, divided 3 cups cold milk, divided 1 small package instant choco late pudding mix 2 cups whipped cream topping, divided 1 small package instant vanilla pudding mix 32 whole graham crackers Line two 13x9x2-inch pans with foil. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine '/« cup peanut but ter and VA cups milk until smooth. Slowly beat in chocolate pud ding, mix until blended; fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Pour into one prepared pan. Freeze until firm. Repeat with vanilla pud ding and remaining peanut but ter, milk, and whipped topping. Freeze until firm. Break or cut graham crackers into squares. Cut frozen pudding mixture into 32 squares, about 2'/2x2'/4-inches. Place each square between two crackers. Wrap in plastic wrap. Freeze overnight. Yields; 32 sandwiches. Cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours. Simple and delicious! This recipe has lots of varia tions. I like to add chopped on ions and substitute chicken or turkey for the ham. Roll or shake bis cuits in sugar and cinnamon mix ture. In a saucepan, make a syrup of the following: V* cup brown sugar 'A cup butter 'A cup water Bring syrup to a boil. Pour into a 9x13-inch baking pan. Arrange biscuits on top of syrup. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. These are a great hit wherever we go! SINGLE SERVING CHEESECAKES 30 vanilla wafers 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened 1 cup sour cream VA cups sugar 'A cup baking cocoa 2 tablespoons flour 3 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla Place one wider in bottom of paper-lined cupcake tin. Mary Grubb Elverson Lancaster Farming, Saturday, June 8, 2002-B7 ARDELL’S POTATO FILLING 1 cup celery, diced 1 cup onions, diced Vi pound butter 6 eggs, beaten 1 quart milk 1 quart mashed potatoes 1 teaspoon salt and pepper 2 large loaves bread cubes 2 pieces saffron I cup boiling water Parsley to taste Cook together onions and cel ery. Pour over bread cubes and mix. Add remaining ingredients. Mixture may be moist. Add more milk if needed. Grease casserole dish and fill with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir in VA teaspoon vanilla. Pour batter into BxBx2-inch baking pan, sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
