Offerings of yolks remained short, supplies of whole egg were usually ade quate, and whites were reported as fully sufficient. The undertone was about steady on yolks, barely steady on whole, and unsettled to barely steady on whites. Liquid and frozen eggs (ingredients in cluded) processed under federal inspec tion in the Eastern region for the week ending April 14, 2001 were 6% less than the previous week and 13% less than a year ago.
