Trading was irregular. Offerings were held with confi dence on yolks, other items were usually sufficient for trade needs. The undertone was firm on yolks, and blends, steady on whole, and unsettled on whites. Liquid and frozen eggs (ingredients included) processed under federal inspection in the Eastern region for the week ending March 17, 2001 were unchanged from the previous week, but 4 % less than a year ago.
