About 208 animals were exhibited here at the Farm Show Complex by 70 exhibitors late last week during the 48th Annual Pennsylvania Holstein Associa tion State Spring Show. Judge for the show was David Dyment, Ontario, Canada. Winner of the junior champi on in the junior show was Wood bine Durham Macadamia (S: Re gancrest Elton Durham, D: Woodbine Encore Moira), a spring yearling heifer exhibited by Justin Hall. Reserve went to the second place junior placing in the same class. Brush Creek Vu MS Pebbles (S: Maughlin Storm ET, D; Oakhaven Milan Patience), exhibited by Amanda Cessna, Everett. Junior champion winner in the open show went to the winter yearling heifer, Tom-Cata Lee Jenuine (S: Comestar Lee ET, D: Tom-Cat Highlight JD), exhibi ted by McCauley, Strouse, Con nelly, and Thomas. Reserve jun ior champion of the open show went to the second place of the same class, Windy Knoll View Party ET (S: Carnation Counse lor ET, D: Windy Knoll View Ul timate Pala), exhibited by James Burdette. Grand champion of the junior show was Penn Gate Jed Duch ess (S; Juniper Rotate Jed, D; Penn Gate B Star Duchess), an aged cow shown by Clayton Wood. Reserve was shown by Scott Walton, Tower-Vue Lee Ruthie (S: Comestar Lee, D: Tower-Vue Charles Ruthann), a senior 2-year-old, Grand champion of the open show was the aged cow, M-Tex SS Olive (S: M-Tex Shur Shot, D: M-Tex B-Star Olive), shown by McCauley, Strouse, Connelly, and Thomas.
