A36-Lancaster Farming, Saturday, September 9, 2000 Congressman Pitts Makes Annual Farm Tour LOWER OXFORD (Chester Co.)-Congressman Joe Pitts (R, PA-16) visited farms on Tues day with stops in Narvon and Iva in Lancaster County, and Lower Oxford and West Grove in Chester County. This was his annual farm tour. This year the club will recognize a dairy producer who has worked to wards the advancement and betterment of the dairy industry. Last year’s award went to Charles Itle, who manages the annual All-American Dairy Show each September, the Key stone International Livestock Exposition in October, and the livestock shows at the Pennsyl vania Farm Show each January.
