The Huntingdon County Fair each year plays host to three dairy shows in one week the 4-H and FFA show, held this year on Monday, August 14, the open Dairy Show held the following day, and the Holstein Association’s Central Pennsylvania Championship Show held that Saturday eve ning. Members of Globe-Run Farm, owned by the Foster family of Petersburg, won Holstein grand champion honors at all three shows. In Monday’s youth show, Samantha Foster won Holstein grand champion and Brown Swiss junior champion while her sister, Charann Foster, won Hol stein junior champion and Guernsey grand champion.
