Turner, national sales manager of the Pladot Mini Dairy milk processing system, spoke at the conference. Turner has been attempting to teach “out of the box” thinking, he said, regarding bringing milk prod ucts to market. The company said it will see 15-20 new systems this year in the U.S., said Turner, who operates out of Hagerstown, Md.
