The PMCGA board of di
rectors passed a resolution to
change the bylaws of the as
sociation at their November
meeting.
The purpose of this bylaws
change was to revise the pro
cedure for electing new mem
bers to the board of directors.
Rules were changed as fol
lows:

promote corn issues to the
public at many local events.
