The purpose of this bylaws change was to revise the pro cedure for electing new mem bers to the board of directors. Rules were changed as fol lows: Article VI. Section 2. PMCGA sponsors one or two conferences a year, the five-Acre Corn Club, Corn Talk, and helps to promote corn issues to the public at many local events.
