At the same meeting, Richard C. Waybright, Gettysburg, was elected vice pre sident and Betty Reibson, Forks ville, secretary. The officers were elected to serve a one year term. Botz is the director of national legislative programs and dairy specialist for the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau. He has lifelong ties to the dairy industry having been raised on a Franklin County dairy farm. He also serves as president of the PA Dairy Pro motion Program and is a member of the National UDIA Board that directs the spending of producers’ funds for milk promotion. Reibson is a dairy producer and county commissioner in Sullivan County and is active in the Penn sylvania Dairy Princess Program.
