Offerings were slightly increased in late week on yolks, and other items were adequate for a fair demand. Liquid and frozen eggs (ingredients included) processed under federal inspec tion in the Eastern region for the week ending October 9, 1999 were 3% more than last week, and 2 % less than last year.
