Demand was only fair with some caution noted. Offerings were clearing but generally sufficient for trade needs. Liquid and frozen eggs (ingredients included) processed under federal inspection in the Eastern region for the week ending September 18,1999 were *B* % more than last week, and *4* % less the same week last year.
