Trading was active for high Choice and Prime cattle with prices tanging firm to JO higher. However, demand was only moderate for average Choice and lower grades with those types selling weak to JO lower. Holstein steers sold steady and a fight test of slaughter heifers traded steady to JO lower. Slaughter cows sold JO-1.00 higher with the full advance placed on the fleshier cows, while a plain offering of slaughter bulls sold 2.00-3.00 lower.
