The market tone was weak, and yolk products were in the weakest position. Demand continued light to moderate. Liquid and frozen eggs (ingredients included) processed under federal inspection in the Eastern region for the week ending June 19, 1999 were unchanged from last week, and 5% more than the same week last year.
