Dough: 2 cups flour Vs teaspoon salt 2 eggs 2-3 tablespoons water To make pot pie dough, make a well in the flour and add the eggs and salt Work together into a stiff dough. If it is too dry, add water or milk. Roll out the dough as thin as possible '/• -inch thick and cut into 1 -inch squares with a knife or pastry wheel. Drop into boiling broth. 4-pound chicken 1 teaspoon salt 4 medium potatoes, sliced 2 tablespoons minced parsley Cut chicken into serving pieces, cover and cook until ten der. Season with salt When chicken is almost soft, add squares of pot pie dough. Cook 20 minutes longer. Add chopped parsley. Serves 6-8. ANSWER Here’s a recipe requested by John Wampoll. Conference highlights includ ed a legislative breakfast where FFA members spent time social izing with Sen. Noah Wenger and other senators and repre sentatives. In addition, FFA members participated in a leg islative simulation and learned more about the legislative process through workshops and hands-on activities.
