Continued good weather, slow export business, a pick up in farmer selling and the crisis in Serbia, weakened markets. Wheat I to 2 cents low er. Com steady to 1 cent lower. Sorghum 1 cent lower. Soybeans S cents lower. Wheat tads slipped lower on continued favorable growing weather and good winter wheat condition. Declines were limited, however, by the announcement that CCC will tender for over one million metric tons of hard ted winter wheat for April 1 through May 31 shipment. Reports Chins sold between 300,000 to one million tonnes of com for export, pushed com bids slightly lower. Additional weakness came from lack of foreign sales and increased farmer selling. Moderate losses in soybean pits today as concerns about whether USDA will follow through with PL-480 meal and bean ship mem to Russia due to the Kosovo crisis. Continued fanner selling and slow foreign demand were pressure points. U.S. EXPORT SALES: Purchaser Com modity Tonnage Del date Nothing new to report.
