FEDERAL STATE The majority of trading was unchanged to lower for whole eggs, whites, and sailed yolks, and was lower for sugared yolks; blends were unchanged. Trade sentiment was generally weak. Demand was mostly light, and centered on immediate needs. Supplies were adequate; Liquid and frozen eggs (ingredients included) processed under federal inspection in the Eastern reg ion for the week ending January 30, 1999 were 3% less than last week, and 8% less than the same week last year.
