Dairy bowl finals are set to be held Saturday from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. A buffet dinner starts at 7 p.m. in the Ballroom with speech contest winners presenting their entries, followed by a Holstein Feud Game. A dance in the Ball room is scheduled from 9:30 pjn. until 12:30 p.m. Hie agenda for Sun day, Feb. 7 is brief, but full. At 8:30 a.m., a breakfast awards prog ram is set to be held in the Ballroom, followed by a guest speaker. The Adam’s family of Bradford County are in charge of the Friday night entertainment with a hypnotist tenta tively planned, followed by a dance and a variety of different foods served. Amy Packard of Bradford County is in charge of the tours and workshops on Saturday. Workshops on market ing and farm safety have been planned. Later, after a tour of an old coal mine, David Lentz from Holstein USA is to give a demonstration on using Red Book Plus. Heather Wood of Tioga County is in charge of Saturday’s entertainment. Colt Cooney and Rachel Bachman from Potter County are in charge of the Sunday breakfast, while the Junior Execu tive Committee is in charge of the awards ''program.
