Rains of half to 1.5 inches crossed the state

on farmers as movement of cows to market
has surpassed last year's total cow count by
over 8,000 head thus far. 770 cows and
bulls sold with 00 percent to packets.
Receipts this week 8.356; last week 6,339;
last year 6,761. Supply consisted of 36 per
cent yearlings and calves over 600 lbs; SS
percent calves under 600 lbs; 9 percent
cows and bulls. Prices follow with weight
ed average weight and price in parenthesis.
