Rutt’s Nigerian venture is total ly separate of the 4-H International Exchange Club. A 4-H trip to Nigeria is com pletely out of the question because the U.S. has sanctions against Nigeria and it is not a safe place to visit However, Rutt has diplomatic immunity and finds the venture with the United Nations exciting.
