JOSEPH, MO APRIL 29, 1997 Com planting is the word today. Exports are not, zip announcements for the second day. Wheat-1 cent lower to 2 cents higher. Com 1 cent lower to 3 cents higher. Sorg hum 1 to 3 cents higher. Soybeans steady to 5 cents lower. Plenty of moisture and new crop wheat it looking good in most {daces. Early Spring freeze damage it still up in the air, but this it not hurting at much as lack of export orders. Com it still the number 1 price determinate in the grain and soybean trade. A large part of the crop will be planted in the next two weeks. More progress hat been made in the East ern Combelt than the Western Combelt, just the opposite of last year. However, rain is in the forecast for tonight and tomorrow. Export orders need to do much better than they have the past three or four days, nothing on the books. Soybeans are enjoy ing the moment. There it almost a 200 spread between old and new crop beans. U.S. Export Sales; Nothing new to report.
