NY Phil Frozen Eggs APRIL 4, 1997 Prices were lower for whole egg, blends, and sugared yolks, and prices were unchanged to lower for whiles and sailed yolks. The market lone was mixed from steady to weak as shell egg prices dropped sharply in most areas. Demand was irregu lar and ranged fair to good. Floor stocks were adequate. Breaking stock supplies were usually adequate with some surplus graded eggs moved into breaking channels: the undertone was barely steady and prices were about unchanged. Liquid and frozen eggs processed under federal inspection in the East for the week ending March 29, 1997 were 9411 less than last week, and 2% less than last year.
