Blue Seal Feeds, Inc. will hold an open house at its new feed manufactur ing plant in Hagerstown, on Satur day, April 12 from 9:30 a.m.-4 p.m. The public is welcome. There will be tours of the brand new mill as well as door prizes and refresh ments. Visitors will be treated to a firsthand look at how animal feed is manufactured. The newly constructed plant has the capacity to produce 175,000 tons of feed per year for horses, cattle, sheep, swine, poul try, rabbits, wild birds, dogs and cats, and other animals. Hodgson became interested in the swine industry and became Beacon’s swine specialist, cover ing the entire Northeast, in 1979.
