Watershed Planning Conference Set OXFORD (Chester Co.) An all-day conference with the theme of integrating natural resource management with land planning is set to be held April 4 at the Stroud Water Research Center in Avondale. The conference is to consist of two half-day sessions. One is to be devoted to natural resource man agement and the other to land plan ning and development The conference is being organ ized by environmental consulting firm Landstudies Inc. in coopera tion with 'the Stroud Water Research Center. The Stroud Cen ter is a national recognized fresh water laboratory, a field station of the Academy of Natural Science in Philadelphia.
