The Adams County 4-H prog ram honored Boss’s Steak and Sea House with their 1996 “Partners in 4-H” recognition. Boss’s have been major supporters of youth livestock programs for many years. They have purchased the grand champion market steer at the Adams County 4-H Beef Sale each year since 1992. They have given additional support over the past three years by allowing the champion steer to be resold, with the proceeds benefitting various Adams County youth livestock activities.
