In the winter, Fred has a beautiful coat, but as soon as warm weather arrives, he develops rashes, scaly skin, and sores, which are aggravated by his continual scratching and chewing of himself. Frank paid more than $6OO to have blood tests to determine what allergies Fred had. Serums were made to innoculate him against these allergies. But this sum mer, Fred’s skin is as bad as ever.
