Angels Gather At York County Convention LOU ANN GOOD Lancaster Farming Staff YORK (Yoik Co.) “Angels are here all the time but we’re too busy to see them because we are looking in the wrong places,” Car olyn Neal said at the annual York County Convention of Farm Women held at Wisehaven Hall on November 2. The angel theme for the day was evident by the 239 members who wore angelic smiles and jewelry or an ornament pertaining to angels. “Usually angels ate invisible but today they are a visible part of our program,” said Carolyn who pres ided over the day-long gathering. Naomi Bupp who personally financed and pushed for the publi cation of a state cookbook reported another $20,000 donated to the cookbook scholarship fund. This year six $l,OOO and six $250 scho larships were awarded to children and grandchildren of Farm Women members. Naomi said that she is continual ly asked when she is going to put out another cookbook. She said, “I’ll let that project for another president and a .other day.
