Jimmy Mullen of Peach Bottom
talked his way to the top with his
prepared speech on his painful past
year in baseball. The pain—being
knocked out, spiked, and hit with
balls and bats might have been
worth it, Jimmy conceded since
the experience enabled him to
accumulate the most points of any
individual in the 4-H presentation
category.
Another top individual winner
was 15-ycar-old Kenneth Cramer
of Lancaster who competed in the
air rifle category.

The 43 participants
returned to Lancaster

They were hot, tired,

“The trip and hard
work was well worth it.
It’s what we have been
training for all year,”
Livingood said.
