otion as she was a former alternate
dairy princess.
Crowned at the Berks County
pageant held at the county Agricul
tural Center on Saturday, May 6,
Jennifer will be assisted in promo
tional duties by Carrie Hetrick and
Sherry Hoffman.
The 19-year-old princess helps
her parents Ray and Frances Davis
of Leesport on their 350-acre JMJ-
Springpond Farm where they milk
61 Holsteins. She also is employed
by Way-Har Farms in Bemville
and is a student atPenn State Berks
Campus.

Somehow Jennifer finds time to
participate in Oiitelauness Grange,
Northern Berks 4-H Club, and
WISE (Women in Sciences and
Engineering). She is the teen lead
er and vice president for the Berks
County Junior Holstein Club.

Dairy Princess Margaret (Maggie)
Heller will help with promotional
duties.
Carrie Hetrick is the 19-year-old
daughter of Randall and Cynthia
Hetrick of Boyertown. She helps
with milking 100 Holsteins on the
300-acre farm owned by her
grandfather and managed by her
father.
She is also attending Penn State

majoring in agricultural science
and is a member of the Ag Club.
Carrie was active in FFA before
graduating from Oley Valley High
School in 1993. She is now a can
didate for state office.
In 1993-94, Carrie spend a year
in Germany as an exchange
student.
Sherry Hoffman, the 17-year
old daughter of Barry and Karen
Hoffman of Oley, helps with the
family’s 360-acre Holsteing farm.
A senior at Oley Valley High
School, Sherry plans to attend
Kutztown University in the fall.
