It is to consist of a morning semi nar and an afternoon field trip. The Alliance is also to compile a com puter listing of relevant informa tion on non-point source pollution. The list is to be available statew ide. No funding amount was listed. The third educational project is to be the development of a video that would educate the general public about watersheds and the factors involved with controling non-point source pollution. Aerial video is to be used. Specifically, an EPA statement refers to the use of a helicopter to do the work. Tri-Regional Conference A total of $12,820 is to be used to coordinated a Tri-Regional Conference on non-point source pollution. Participants to the con ference are to be the state agencies, 319 program staff from EPA Reg ions 3,4 and 6, and representatives of those regions. Artificial Wetland-Field Drain Work done by the Susquehanna River Basin Commission to create a shallow groundwater catching and treatment project built on a farm in Dauphin County which was reported by Lancaster Farm ing earlier this year. In that article, it was announced that the SRBC hoped to develop a similar project in Lancaster County. The EPA grant is to provide $86,160 to develop that project in Lancaster County.
