Approxi mately one hundred members of the Frederick County Holstein As sociation turned out on Tuesday evening for the group’s 72nd An nual Meeting. The meeting was held at the Jefferson Community Center, Jefferson, and was catered by the Ruritans. Frederick has the hugest of the County Associations in Maryland, with almost 150 members, and tanks highest of all counties in milk production. The evening highlighted Fred erick County Holstein activities in 1993, and looked toward the fu- ture of the organization. Awards were presented and the Junior Dairy Club report was given. Guest speakers Anita Hill, Sects- Jim Hipel show* the reserve grand champion with Dawn Downey, Maryland dairy princess. The eve ning concluded with the regular business meeting, and the election of new Officers and Directors for the upcoming year. Dennis Remsburg, of Rems burg Sales Service, Jefferson, was Toastmaster for die event Dee Guyton, a Junior Dairy Club member, offered the invocation, and Frederick County Dairy Prin cess Abby Sowers made the Milk Toast.
