Broiler/Fryer Parts
Wednesday, September 15,1993
Tracklot buying interest continued to be
very good for white meat items but was
slow to fair and cautious for most dark
meat items. Supplies of boneless skinless
breasts were tight with buying interest for
both pallet volumes and tracklot volumes
not filled. Treding was at current prices but
the undertone was fully steady. Line ran
breasts were short of covering commit
ments and no extra product showed up
today. Trading was reported at higher
prices. Yellow skin legs and leg quarters
were available and buying interest for late
week needs was cautious. Wings were
short of needs at most locations but a cau
tious undertone was noted.
