State Announces FFA Activities Week Results STATE COLLEGE (Centre Co.) FFA Activities Week was held June 15-17 at Penn State Uni versity. More than 1,200 FFA members, advisors, and guests participated in the activities cul minating in the announcement of the 1993-1994 FFA officer team and the winners in 26 contest areas. Elrose Click, a Mifflin County dairy producer, has been elected chairman of the Pennsylvania Beef Council (PBC) board of directors. Click replaces Dennis Byme, a beef producer from Ches ter County, whose term expired. Click, a member of the Beef Council’s board of directors since 1988, has previously served as the council’s first and second vice chairman. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Cattlemen’s Associ ation and a past executive com mittee member of the Pennsylva nia Farmer’s Association. The board of directors elected Wayne Hoffman, a cattle feeder from York County, as first vice chairman, and Dennis Snyder, a veal producer from Tioga County, as second vice chairman.
