Tri-Couniy Confinement Sys tems, a specialist in hog bam con struction, has introduced a new confinement stall. Designed for human convenience, animal safe ty, and durability, the new stall was developed and tested on Tri- County’s research and develop ment farms. For convenience, flat lop rails and a short back gate provide easy access for pregnancy testing and visual inspection. In addition, both front and rear gales open either left or right. The stall features no sharp edges, a design that reduces the chance of injury to both animals and humans. To provide maximum strength, the stall uses horizontal solid steel rod design.
