Changes, Challenges & Choices For Families is the theme of a spring program sponsored by the Pennsylvania State University Cooperative Extension of Berks County. The sessions will be conducted Tuesday, May 4, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. in the Berks County 4-H Community Center, Bern Township.
