The Adams County extension held its annual banquet recently at the York Springs Fire Hall and honored various leaders and elected directors. Honored with the Extension Leadership Recognition Award during the annual meeting were Thomas E. and Joanne E. Clow ney, Barlow. The award was pre sented by Thomas E. Piper, county extension director. Awarded certificates as Master Gardener volunteers during the meeting were Peter Smith, Gettys burg; Laura Morgan, Orrtanna; David Landis, Carroll Valley; Alice Boeshore, New Oxford; and Faye C. Snyder, Hanover. The awards were presented in recogni tion of completion of the training requirements and 50 hours of vol unteer service.
