Prior to the 10:30 a.m. meeting, delegates are invited to participate in “listening centers,” set up throughout the auditorium lobby, where MMI staff will be stationed to discuss current industry topics with members. MMI is also pro viding sample dairy product taste testing—cheese, yogurt and other products containing MMl’s milk in non-fluid forms.
