This year, because of the large number of entries, the show was divided into two classes Alpines and all other breeds. Joan Stump, an Alpine breeder and showperson from Telford, instructed the 4-H’crs in how to improve their showing and filling techniques. In the Alpine Class wilh 23 entries, she made Christ ine Anderson, Landenberg, senior and grand champion with her beautiful 3- to 5-year-old doe, Mai-Tai. Jami Hanna, Notting ham, showed a 2-year-old doc, Ebony, that was strong competi tion for the champion and was named reserve senior and reserve grand champion. Junior champion honors were swept by Laura Anderson, Landenberg. Her year ling kid, Cossette, was junior champion and Carscla, a kid under 4 months, captured the reserve junior champion ribbon.
