• Acidic water can lower dairy pro
duction (as well as corrode pipes
and fixtures).
• Hard water leaves mineral deposits
that reduce water heater efficiency
and make cleaning difficult.
• Bacteria (from animal waste) and
nitrates (from fertilizers) create
health problems for both animals
and humans.
• Iron causes poor grade veal pro
duction, smells and tastes bad, and
leaves stains.
• Sulfur produces foul odors and
stains.
The only way you can be sure your
water is safe and pure is to have it
tested. And there’s no better time than
right now.
