Movement of ready-to-cook broiler
fryers ranged light to fairly good, and
about at expected for mid-week trading.
Supplies of 2 1/2 pound sizes were barely
adequate to dose, heavier sizes were fully
adequate and being offered at competitive
prices. Less than trucklot asking prices
were unchanged at 43 -58 cents. Live sup
plies were adequate, average live weights
were heavy. Processing schedules were
heavy. Trade sentiment was cautiously
steady. In the parts complex, supplies of
wmgs ranged adequate to ample, legs were
adequate to fully adequate, leg quarters and
breast items were adequate for immediate
needs.
