(%s*/ jLrsH/ Lancaster Farming, Saturday, December 21, 1991-A35 Division that proposes a special 111-A class and price for producer skim milk used to manufac ture nonfat dry milk (NFDM) under the New /•^rt*^*»vW*V —>—* England, Middle Atlan tic, and Pacific North west orders. Such pricing is denied for the other markets, including Ohio ipl Decision Valley, Eastern Ohio- Western Pennsylvania, Southern Michigan and Michigan Upper Penin sula orders, in this proceeding. The decision is based on industry proposals considered at a public hearing held July 30 through August 1,1991. Federal orders clas sify milk used to pro duce storable dairy pro ducts (hard cheese, but ter, and NFDM) in Class 111 and price it at the Minnesota-Wisconsin (M-W) price. The Class 111- A product price for mula is provided because it will more accurately reflect the value of milk used to produce NFDM than is reflected by the M-W price. The changes will facilitate the orderly dis position of the reserve milk supplies associated with these three markets. Interested parties may file written excep tions to this tentative decision with the Hear ing Clerk, U.S. Depart ment of Agriculture, Washington, D.C. 20250 by the 30th day after publication of this decision in the Federal Register. The antici pated publication date was Monday, Dec. 16. Six copies of the excep tions should be filed. For further informa tion contact; Clayton H.
