Jay Hess had the champion FFA steer on an Angus that weighed 1340 lbs. And the 4-H champion shown by Dwain Livengood, also an Angus weighed 1345 lbs. Allison to agricultural banking specialist Allison is responsible for develop ing banking relationships within the agricultural farming community. A graduate of Blue Mountain High School, Schuylkill Haven, Pa., Allison earned a bachelor’s degree in animal science from Penn State University, where he is a member of Delta Theta Sigma agricultural fraternity. In addition, he is a graduate of the American Bankers Association’s National School of Credit Card Manage ment and has completed numerous courses offered through the American Institute of Banking.
