On the evening prior to the show, time out was taken from all the preparations to enjoy a feast centered around a tasty pig roast so that everybody could relax and get acquainted. The top placings winners are as follows: from the stock of Daniel J. Park. Judge Dale Olver from Centre County named Never-Rest-M Tri Charlene, the reserve junior champion. Charlene is a senior calf owned by John and John E. Marchezak from Bentleyville. Nowerland Trifecta was the sire of Charlene. Coming from owner stock, Charlene’s dam was Never- Rest-M Dazzler Charlie. With ten animals in the show, Bednarski Farms, Avella, Washington County was named premier breeder and premier exhi bitor. None of the Bednarski entries were class winners, how ever, two of them claimed second place in the summer yearling and 6-yr. & over class.
