The couple not only got hitched but they also hitched up their farm wagon to the Garber’s John Deere and hauled the bridal party from the Mount Joy Mennonite Church to the reception held at the Country Table Restaurant along Route 230. According to reports, Eric used a lot of elbow grease to clean off the manure and polish the tractor for the procession. Straw bales covered with white pellon cloth provided seats for the bridal party.
