Beat cream cheese with sugar and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth. Fold in half the whipped topping. Spread over crust. Prepare pudding as directed on package, using 3‘A cups milk. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Chill several hours. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding. Delicious. Whip 1 cup cream until stiff and fold into the lemon filling. Pour into the shell; chill until filling is set Whip the remaining cream and 2 tablespoons sugar until soft peaks form.
