A nice sized crowd attended. The average of the 120 mature cows and 25 bred heifers was Si 100. The lop price for a cow was $4OOO with three selling for $2500 each and the third high price was $lB5O. Kling’s Auctions, Inc. managed the sale. WAYNE CO. CLUB SALE The Wayne County Club held their sale April 27 at the Wayne County Fairgrounds, Honesdale, Pa. The top price for a cow was $2200 and the average for the cows was $1550. The top price for a bred heifer was $l7OO and the aver age for the heifers was $l3OB. The top price for a heifer calf was $1750 with the average of the small calves being $629. The average of all of the 50 head sold was $lOl6. Wayne Weaver was the auctioneer.
