Tandy Cake 4 eggs 2 cups sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 cups flour 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons cooking oil 12 ounces peanut butter 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips or 4 milk cho colate bars Mix together all ingredients except peanut butter and chocolate and put in a 13x9-inch well-greased pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and spread with peanut butter. Chill until firm. Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips or 4 milk chocolate bars. Spread on top of peanut butter. Gradually, stir in milk; cook until thickened. Add salt, pepper, and cheese; stir until cheese melts. Set aside. Saute ham and green onion in 3 tablespoons butter until onion is tender. Add eggs and cook over medium heat until eggs are set; stir in the mushrooms and cheese sauce. Spoon eggs into greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. With the help of Heinz and Ore- Ida, more than $22 million will be invested in a fully-integrated storewide promotion which kicks off May 1, 1991. "This effort allows retail opera tions to cash in on a coast- to-coast promotion and gives them an opportunity to feature the various types of ground beef they carry in their meat case," says Jane Frost, chairman of the Beef Industry Council retail subcommittee. This joint checkoff-funded effort is cooperatively sponsored by the Beef Board, Beef Industry Council and the American Dairy Association.
