A2O-Lancaster Farming, Saturday, September 29,1990 EVA MARTIN Maryland Correspondent TIMONIUM, MD Janet and Randy Stiles claimed the Grand Champion Ribbon for their four year-old Jersey, JRS Volunteer Britani. As Judge Robert Fitzsi mons gave reasons after judging the four-year-old class, he com mented, “This was a tremendous class.” Choosing the Grand Champion, he said, “The four-year-old class was the best cow class and an easy champion emerged.” On August 11, Britani was clas sified 93. Her 2-yr.-old month milk record for 342 days was 14,552 pounds of milk and 712 pounds of fat. She was 4-H supreme champion of the Mont gomery County Fair in 1989 and the Maryland State Fair in 1988 and 1989. In 1989 she also received the honor of being reserve champion at the Pennsyl vania All American Show.
