Correspondent BEDFORD (Bedford Co.)— Brandon Snider of Snider Home stead Farms took the grand and reserve grand awards at the open class Guernsey Show held at the Bedford County Fair. She also took the reserve grand award at the Pennsylvania State Farm Show. Sniders also had the reserve champion as well as the junior champion at the Junior Dairy Show. The grand champion Holstein award went to the A.K. Mohr farm of Baker Summit. “She’s a good looking cow and the high udder is why I’m giving her the top award,” Howard said. Reserve grand went to Bill Snider of the Alienor Farms. The Stan-El Koontz farm was proud to show the grand champion Jersey, a cow who beat their last year’s champ.
